It's my fave for anything that I want to keep long-term.
Short term notes that I delete after I'm done with them go in Notion, but my "knowledge base" is being built in Obsidian. It's super-fast and all saved locally in plain-text markdown, so I know that even 10 years from now, my data will always be easy to access and under my control.
